In this two-day interactive broadcast, FoodNavigator will profile the technology, ingredients and culinary science powering the next generation of meat- and dairy-free innovation. Our journalists will be asking how the sector can maintain momentum and truly take a bite out of conventional meat and dairy sales.
The 2023 Protein Vision series will consist of two category focused events on 21 and 22 June, 2023. Each day will include a morning and an afternoon session. Each session will last 90 minutes and will include interactive presentations, fireside interviews and panel discussions, as well as audience Q&A.
