SUMMARY:Shaping EU Policy for the Role of Chefs in a Sustainable Food System
DESCRIPTION:One of the main policy goals of the Climate Smart Chefs project is to produce a strategic policy paper\, the Climate Smart Chefs Vision 2030\, aiming to shaping EU policy for the role of chefs in a sustainable food system. \nTo do so\, we will be hosting a series of online roundtables from Oct 2022 to Jun 2023 to get input from other projects working in this area\, from the food industry and chefs themselves\, and from civil society working on food system challenges. \nWe would love you to be part of this path and participate in the kick-off roundtable that will take place online on Zoom on October\, 12th 2022 at 4 PM CET. \nPlease find attached the flyer presenting the roundtables\, with info and registration link.
